Family Coaching / Counseling
As a family member, you often carry it alone, afraid, exhausted, searching for something to hold onto. But real change can start right here, with the family, even before the person in addiction is ready to change. If the system around them doesn't shift, true connection in recovery stays out of reach. This is where you learn how to actually help, not by fixing your loved one, but by changing what you can change: yourself, your patterns, your boundaries.
You've probably tried everything already - talking, pleading, setting rules, letting go, and then quietly hoping things would fix themselves. And still, nothing seems to change, or it changes for a week and then slides right back. That's not because you're doing it wrong. It's because no one ever showed you what actually helps, and most of what you've been told by well-meaning friends, by generic advice, by your own instinct to fix things - doesn't hold up in the middle of a real crisis.
In our sessions, I'll help you understand what's really happening in your family: why certain patterns keep repeating, what your role has quietly become, and how to respond differently the next time things get hard. We'll work on setting boundaries you can actually hold, on responding to crisis without losing yourself in it, and on giving your loved one the best possible chance to get better, not by carrying it all yourself, but by finally taking care of you too, without guilt, and without ever giving up on the people you love.

Case Management
Addiction rarely touches just one part of someone's life and treatment can feel fragmented. Case management ensures the right care is in place and guided in the right direction, connecting every piece, from therapist to family. Think of it as the spider in the web holding the whole system together, so no one loses the overview and everyone moves in the same direction.
When a loved one needs help, you suddenly become the coordinator calling clinics, comparing programs, chasing updates from people who don't talk to each other, and trying to make sense of conflicting advice from every direction. It's exhausting, and it's not a job you ever signed up for, on top of everything else you're already carrying. I take that off your plate. I stay in direct contact with every treatment center, therapist, and specialist involved, keeping track of the whole picture so nothing falls through the cracks between appointments, and so decisions get made with the full context, not in isolation. That means fewer phone calls for you, fewer moments of not knowing what's happening or what comes next, and one person you can always call who already knows the full story.
You get to finally just be a parent, a partner, a family member again - not a project manager for your loved one's care.

Interventions
An intervention isn't about confrontation for its own sake - it comes from the people who love someone the most, worried and willing to act. It's a loving confrontation: honest, direct, and carried entirely by care. With the right guidance, it becomes the moment a loved one finally sees what the people around them have been carrying and a real turning point toward help.
So many families wait, afraid that saying the wrong thing will push their loved one further
away, or that confronting the problem head-on will only make things worse. I understand that
fear completely - I've felt it myself. That's why an intervention with me is never a confrontation, and never an ambush. It's a series of gentle, carefully prepared conversations, built on trust, respect, and genuine care, designed to open a door rather than force one. Before anything happens, we take the time to prepare properly: understanding the situation, involving the right people, and choosing the right moment and the right words. You bring the love you already have for your loved one. I bring the structure, the experience, and the calm presence to help turn that love into a first step they can actually take toward treatment without shame, and without the relationship becoming the cost of getting them there.

Recovery Coaching
Recovery doesn't end when treatment does; that's where it truly needs a foundation. Recovery coaching stays close through everyday life after the clinic, helping build something steady to stand on. Together, client and coach spar, reflect, and hold up a mirror where needed, so sobriety isn't something fragile, but something someone can keep building.
The moment treatment ends is often the moment families feel most alone, everyone around
you assumes the hard part is over, congratulations are said, and life is supposed to go back to
normal. But you know it isn't that simple, and neither does your loved one. Early recovery is
fragile, and the everyday world - work, relationships, old habits, old triggers - doesn't pause to make room for it. I stay by your side long after the program ends, supporting your loved one's recovery in daily life, and helping you recognize the early signs before a setback turns into a full crisis. Together we build the kind of structure and honest communication that recovery actually needs to hold, week after week, for as long as it takes.
You don't have to hold your breath, waiting to see if it lasts, wondering alone whether every quiet day means something is wrong. I'm still here, for both of you.

Live-In Counselor
Some periods are too heavy to carry alone, and too critical for a weekly conversation to be enough. A live-in counselor moves into the home itself offering daily structure, a calm and steady presence, and hands-on support exactly where life happens: at the breakfast table, in the difficult evenings, in the small daily moments where recovery is either strengthened or lost. It's intensive, personal, and built for the moments when a family needs more than guidance from a distance, they need someone actually there.
There are moments when a weekly conversation just isn't enough anymore, when the situation at home has become too unpredictable, too intense, or too heavy to manage with occasional check-ins. I know how it feels when things get this heavy: when you're scared to leave the house, and scared of what you'll find when you get back, when every day feels like it could tip into the next crisis. That's exactly when a live-in counselor steps in - someone experienced, warm, and steady, staying alongside your family around the clock during the hardest stretch. Day and night, there's someone present who knows how to de-escalate, how to support your loved one through the moments that matter most, and how to help the rest of the family keep functioning at the same time. This isn't about taking over your household or replacing your role as a family. It's about being there, right beside you, carrying some of the weight, until things feel steady enough to stand on your own again.
